Well that depends on how you want to spin it?
Does abolish mean eliminate all immigration enforcement and open the borders? In that case that's patiently ridiculous.
If that means you recognize that Immigration and Customs Enforcement is an agency that was created post 9/11, with the understanding that the bad guys were coming; the bad guys are all black and brown; and ergo all black and brown people are probably bad guys, then yes, I think the agency could be rebuilt in a way that was more effective for national security.
I do however approve of those people in more Progressive districts moving the Overton Window on this conversation.
